Small Engines (Lawn Mowers, etc.): Manual, tecumseh tc300, lawnchief

I recently purchased at a yard sale a True Value Lawn Chief mini cultivator.  The service # is 522466, model # 161LC-M.  I would like to find a manual for this.  However, my main questions concern the gas:oil mix.  Is it possible to find a manual?

I found a link that has some old copies of parts lists and a page or
two out of a manual here:

Scroll about 80% of the way down and you will find the lawnchief tillers.


It looks like it has a Tecumseh TC300 two cycle engine, and those manuals can be obtained from Tecumseh, any mower shop, online.
And the oil mix ratio is 24:1, or 5 ounces to the gallon.
