Small Engines (Lawn Mowers, etc.): Honda hr194, spark plug wire, rear wheels

Hello i have a Honda h194 lawn mower and the blade won't turn need little direction of where the problem is.

Hello Benjamin, I hope this will help! Disconnect the spark plug wire
and tip the mower back on its rear wheels to expose the underside of the deck. Most lawnmowers are held on by just one mounting screw or bolt and are quite easy to remove. Once that is completed, give the lawnmower underside a good cleaning, use a putty knife, etc. Make your inspections, also get your blade sharpen.
