Small Engines (Lawn Mowers, etc.): Honda HT 3813 starting issues, fuses, clutch

I have a Honda HT 3813 tractor that I have used several times already this year with no issues. Last night it refused to start and I belive its some sort of ignition or saftey issue. Battery is fine, lights work,alarms work. When the key is moved to RUN I know longer here the fuel injector come on and then nothing happens, not even a click or sound when moved to the start position. Ive check fuses which all seem fine ( I found 3 of them)Couild there be an issue with the seat, brake,or blade alarm which is preventing it to start? Thanks in advance for answers

I am sorry but I cant even begin to help you with this as I have never even laid eyes on one.  Please resubmit your question to an expert that has experience with your tractor.  

However, have you checked all your safety switches, your PTO, Clutch, brake, seat, etc... Thats where I would start.
