QuestionHello John, I have a engine on my kart and I dont know if its a tecumseh or craftsman. my pulley broke and so I got a new pulley from tecumseh and its the exact one (thincking that its a tecumseh engine) but when I went to sears.com I put my engine model and it tells me that its a craftsman engine. What is it?
AnswerSears/Craftsman never made anything, just put "Craftsman" model
numbers on them.
If the model number on your engine starts with the prefix "143", then that is the Craftsman number, like 143.765234, etc.
What are the exact model numbers on your engine, and what are you needing to find out?
