Small Engines (Lawn Mowers, etc.): Homelite Chain Saw - No top end RPMs, fuel line, bogs down

Question
My 3350 Homelite Chainsaw bogs down every time I go to give it gas.  I changed the plug but no improvement, I changed the air filter but no improvement.  I tried adjusting the T setting which seem to effect idle.  I tried adjusting L and H but nothing seemed to help.  I'm thinking that maybe I have some dirt in the carb and am contemplating tearing it apart.  What do you recommend and what should the standard setting be for T, L and H.

Thanks in advance for your reply

Answer
In general, trying to adjust out a running problem is a bad idea,
as it is trying to cover a problem.
Removal, disassembly and cleaning of the carb is the next step.

When apart, remove the lever/spring/needle and blow out that passage as well, and hold it up to a light, and visually verify that it is clear.Reassemble, and reinstall, and inspect the fuel line too.
