Small Engines (Lawn Mowers, etc.): craftsmn mini tiller, mini tiller, model numbers

Question
Hello,
I have  craftsman 2.0 hp mini tiller (cultivator).  The tines have ceased to spin when it is under any load.  I'm thinking it's  a clutch problem.  Is there any adjustment, or doI have to pull it apart and install a new clutch?  I don't have an owner's manual so I haven't been able to figure it out.  model is 536.292510.
thanks
