Can you tell my where my air filter is to my Troy-Bilt TUFF CUT 210, 21" cut/6.75hp and give me instructions on how to change it?  I can't seem to find my owner's manual.

You will need your serial no. and model no. in order to access your owner's manual.  I am not familiar with that particular machine so I can't help you further than that.
