Question
QUESTION: When putting together the linkage on carburetor slide, there seems to be a part missing. The cable operates but does not operate the govener. I have the parts list, but preferably need the assembly instructions on how to assemble slide onto govener. Do you have any advice?

QUESTION: Thank you very much. I think that may be the problem. Should there be more than one spring? Because there is one spring somewhere. If so, could you possibly give me the part number for the missing spring? Thank you

Answer
Hello Again Mark:

>>The Number of Springs Used on the Throttle Controls for this Engine is Determined by the Engine Type Numbers.
>>Beside the Model Numbers on the Blower Housing (metal engine cover) are the Type Numbers (example: 3153-01, 3048-01, 0802-99, ect).
>>Use the Web Site Addy I gave you and when you Select the Model Tab, Enter the Model Numbers 130217 with a - and then the 6 Type Numbers and Click Search. The Double Click on the Model that Shows in the Search Area. When the Breakdown Appears, Select the Carburetor, Controls File and you can then See the Springs and Linkage as well as the Carburetor.
>>Under the Breakdown is the List that Matches the Breakdown Numbers and the List Shows the Part Numbers for the Matching Components in the Breakdown.
>>I Used the Model 130217-0802-99 Model for Reference when I was Looking at the Breakdown to Answer you First Question.
>>The Spring Part Numbers 261094 and 260189 are Used on the Model I Referenced, but these are Not Used on Some of the Other Model Engines I Looked at for this Question.
