OF CARB AND DRAIN LINE ANY IDEAS? THANKS

Answer
Is this a Chinese ATV?  You have a needle that's not seating for one reason or another.  This is very common on the China bikes and we see a fair amount of them for this repair.  I rebuild the carburetors usually and sometimes have to replace them.  If I find corrosion inside, I replace them.

You may get by with just removing the float bowl and spraying carb cleaner around.  Likely you'll need to remove the carb and give it a good soaking.  Sometimes I'll take a wooden dowel and use some polishing compound to clean up the metal seat where the needle seats.

You also probably need to level the float.  This probably has a brass float that bends a little too easily.  We see them come in, on brand new bikes, all out of level.  You'll need to pull the carb to do this.  With the carb upside down, the float should sit level with the base of the carb.  Depending on which style carb this has, you'll bend either the float arms or the part that the needle contacts to level it.

Let me know if you have any questions.  Thanks, PK.
