Small Engines (Lawn Mowers, etc.): Sthil 021 chainsaw,, oil tank, oiler

Question
I have tried a number of different things but I can't seem to get any bar oil coming out with the chain. I've changed oil, blown out what looks like a hole from the oil tank to the chain side, and cleaned the feeder pieces from inside the tank itself and still nothing. I'm at a loss here, and slowly frustrating myself, could use some help.  Thank you.

Answer
Hello Mark:

>> You May have to Apply a Small Amount of Pressure (Approximately 4 to 5 PSI) to the Oiler Tank or Remove the Oiler and Immerse it in Oil. The Oiler May have Air in it and Requires Priming or the Internal Oiler May Require Priming or Replacing.
>>If you have a Newer 021, then the Oiler is Removable after the Bar is Removed. If the Older Model 021, then you have to Disassemble the Saw to Remove the Oils.
>>Stihl Offers No Online Support that I have Located Except for a Dealer Locater.
