Small Engines (Lawn Mowers, etc.): Honda HS70 Track drive Snowblower, shear bolts, arinet

Question
The auger belt on my HS70 snowblower seems to be slipping because the auger will turn unless there is any kind of load applied.  Once I get into the snow the auger totally stops.  the shear bolts are all in good shape so my conclusion is the belt is the issue, but after removing the belt cover and looking at a specs sheet I cant figure out how to get the belt off and a new one on.  Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Answer
Hello Jeremy:

>>Usually the Auger Housing has to be Slightly Separated from the Power Unit for Belt Replacement.
>>You can View a Breakdown/IPL of the Mower/Engine at this Site Addy, http://hayward.arinet.com/scripts/EmpartISAPI.dll?MF&app=ASP&lang=EN&TF=Mainfram... and Select the Catalog American Honda. Select the Snow Blower File and then Scroll to your Model and Select it.
