Small Engines (Lawn Mowers, etc.): MTD Snow blower / Oldie 1990, snow blower, model numbers

Hard starting and staying running. At first seems to be flooding. Any answers as to a possible cause? Been fine up until this year.  Thanks for your time !!

Hi Robert,
What brand engine does it have? Model numbers off the engine would be helpful. How long does it run? Seconds? Minutes? Will it run longer not under load than under load? Any signs of fuel leaking after it quits? Any other info will help.
