Small Engines (Lawn Mowers, etc.): Kitty Kat, suzuki atv parts, cam lobes

Question
Not sure of the year but its a 60cc Susuki engine and i"ve
cleaned the carb completly , all jets are clean and the float is adjusted. It got lots blue spark and compression is about 100 psi cold. It tries to run on every pull but
just will not pickup. I've tried extra gas with a feeder
and it makes no differance ? Take out the plug and its a little wet dry it off with a torch and it repeats the same
seniro. I'm asuming it got points and if so then it should
be ok if the ouside coil gets spark to the plug. I don't see a CDI.  Any idea here ????
