Small Engines (Lawn Mowers, etc.): 1997 Ski-doo mxz 440 Lc, ski doo mxz, ski doo parts

Question
I purchase this snowmobile a month ago and i was told that i need to have the carb clean so i did it my self but before i had cleaned the carbs i was dealing with two problems.
1. when i have the motor running and i want to accelerate it just bogs but when i push on the primer button it will allow me to accelerate to get the sled to move.
while the hood was open i can see the gas lines and when i push on the primer button i can see air bubbles in the line and watch them move to the carbs and a few seconds later they come back out of the carb and go half way up the lines.
Do I have a hole in one of these lines or a bad fuel pump?
2.the motor has a high idel 4000rpm but after 30-40 seconds it will go down to 3000rpm and another 10 seconds it will go down to 2000 rpm and finely go down to 1200 rpm 10 seconds later.
I still have both of these problems after cleaning the carbs.
I pulled the plugs after running it for 15 minutes and they are burning a nice light brown color.
I also cleaned the two power ports that go inside of the head above the exsaught pipe that where cake with carbon.
The sled has great performance after the work I did but only when I am above 3000 rpm.
Please Help
Thankyou
Ken

Answer
Hello Ken:

>>If there are Air Bubbles, then Locate the Pin Hole in the Lines or in the Pump Diaphragm.
>>You can View a Breakdown/IPL at this Site Addy; http://www.xtremepowersports.com/OEM_Parts/oem_parts.html and Select the Ski-Doo Parts for 1996 - 2008 Under the Ski-Doo Logo.
>>The Air Bubbles can be Causing Both Problems you are having with this Unit.
>>I Usually Replace the Vacuum Fuel Pump with a 4 to 7 PSI Electric Pulse Pump. If you have Replaced the Spring Style Hose Clamps with Screw Style Hose Clamps and the Air Bubbles are Still in the Fuel Line, then the Fuel Pump Diaphragm May have a Pin Hole in it and the Air Bubbles are Coming from there.
>>Once the Air Bubble Problem is Corrected, the Unit should Run Correctly.
>>Please, Do Not Hesitate, If you Hit a Snag, if I Missed Something or this Does Not Correct the Problem, I am Here if You Require More Assistance. Hope this Helps. Let me Know What Happens, Please. May the All Mighty Bless You and Yours. Thanks.

Good Luck
