Small Engines (Lawn Mowers, etc.): Dynamark 5/20 Snow blower carb question, trouble shooting guide, screw holes

Question

Side shot Just like everyone else, this was given to me by a friend who just bought a 36" snowblower.  He told me the carb needs work and then it would run great, it would not idle, it would keep cutting out.  I want to look at either replacing the entire carb or this kit he told me about?

I think its missing a cover for the carb as I can see the butterfly and two screw holes...

This is the only number I found any where on the machine, it was stamped into the metal side near the top (near the prime pump).

HS50 67241F SER 6212B

Any assistance with obtaining part numbers to get this thing up and running would be greatly appreciated.
