Small Engines (Lawn Mowers, etc.): snow blower, snow blowers, snow blow

Question
I am so embarrassed to ask this but this is legit. What is the most logical way to snow blow a long driveway? If I aim the shoot down the middle I have a huge pile at the end of my driveway, if I aim the shoot to either side and start down the middle then the snow is too heavy on the sides. I'm getting soaked thanks to the wind and I'm out there way longer than my neighbors. I'm also embarrassed to ask my kids, I'll be the object of joking for the next twenty years, and they have enough ammunition, at least you don't know who I am, so go ahead and have a laugh everybody teases me.

Answer
Hello Jessie:

>>I was Raised to Believe that the Only Stupid Question was the Question that is Not Asked.
>>How Far is the Snow Blower Throwing the Discharged Snow?
>>What is the Engines Full Throttle Speed? The Engine May Require to have the Full Throttle RPM's Increased Slightly for the Blower/Thrower to Properly Discharge the Snow.
>>Most Snow Blowers/Throwers will Throw Snow 10 to 20 Feet when the Engine is Running Correctly.
>>I can Start in the Middle of my Drive and the Snow is Thrown well Past the Edge of the Drive onto the Grass. If your Unit is Not Throwing the Snow Properly, then you will have the Problem you are having.
>>For Heavy Snow, I Start at the Outer Edges and Work Towards the Middle of the Drive. When I am Finished, I May (depending on how heavy the snow is) have to make a Final Pass on the Outer Edges of the Drive to Clear a Small Amount of Snow that Drifted onto the Drive During the Clearing of the Center of the Drive.
>>I Hope this makes Sense. LOL.
>>Please, Do Not Hesitate, If you Hit a Snag, if I Missed Something or this Does Not Correct the Problem, I am Here if You Require More Assistance. Hope this Helps. Let me Know What Happens, Please. May the All Mighty Bless You and Yours. Thanks.

Good Luck
