Small Engines (Lawn Mowers, etc.): B&S gas in crankcase, troy bilt generator, alternate solution

My Troy-Bilt generator with a B&S engine was leaking a lot of gas after running.  Turned it off, then tried running it again, but it stalled after a few seconds, but no leaking.  I unscrewed the small, yellow oil cap to check the oil level, and gas and oil poured out of the hole.  Where do I start with this problem?

Carburetor inlet needle is leaking.   Remove carb, dis-assemble, clean and replace needle/seat.

Make sure you drain and refill with new oil.  Alternate solution it to change oil, refill and use generator as is but you will have to remember to shut off the fuel valve when done using the generator.
