John: Thanks for your help. The blower would not run without the muffler so I took apart the plastic case and sprayed everything with carb cleaner to remove all of the carbon build up. When I had it all in pieces the cover with the carb fell on the ground and I found a unknown piece that looked like a little black top hat. I thought that I knew where it belonged. After getting everything back together it would not fire up. I decided to remove the unknown part and now it runs just fine. I am going to attach a photo of the unknown "top hat" part and the part that I attached it to. Hopefully you can tell me where the part should go or if it was some piece if junk that was just lying on the floor. Now without the top hat it works just fine. Also, the muffler keeps getting loose after I run the blower so I am guessing I should use lock tite  to make sure it will not loosen anymore. Thanks again for all your help!!!! I hope you can tell me where the top har belongs. I hope it belongs back on the garage floor. LOL

Answer
Hello Again Tim:

>>The Top Hat Looks like a Plastic Dirt Seal Used on New and Rebuilt Pump Ports. Examples: Power Steering Pumps, Water Pumps, ect. It Does Not Go Inside the Carburetor Cover.
>>You are Correct. Use Red High Temperature Thread Locker. I Use Threadlocker Red Gel by Permatex for Most of the Exhaust Bolts. It Doesnt take a Lot. Remember that to Remove them Later you May Require Heat.
>>Please, Do Not Hesitate, If you Hit a Snag or this Does Not Correct the Problem, I am Here if You Require More Assistance. Hope this Helps. Let me Know What Happens, Please. May the All Mighty Bless You and Yours. Thanks.

Good Luck
