I have a noma candiana model cn827det 585j 6-195 snow blower it will not drive in forward gears but will go in reverse i don't have amanual and can't find one ,cane you help

I Do Not Reconize the Model Number as a Noma or a Murray Model Number and I Did Not Locate it in the Microfiche or Online. Can you Check the Model Numbers and Send me the Following Information, Please. Model Numbers, Serial Numbers and the Year when First Purchased. Thanks.
