Small Engines (Lawn Mowers, etc.): Tecumsah only runs with choke on, speed jet, hp engine

I just got an MTD 5/22 snow blower with a Tecumsah model 315-611D 5 HP engine that only runs with the choke on (starting position).  Once it's warmed up and the choke is moved to the run position it stalls out (sputters for a few moments), and the throttle needs to stay in the full position.   Please help!  Where should I start with this?

Dirty carburetor...clogged high speed jet.

The links above provide good directions on cleaning the carburetor.  Make sure you use an air compressor to blow through all the carb orfices to make sure they are clean.
