Small Engines (Lawn Mowers, etc.): Mowett Mustang riding mower, steering wheel, happy holiday

I have recently obtained a mowett mustang riding mower from a friend.The mower consists of only the frame with wheels and a steering wheel.All other parts are gone.I do not know were to find any parts or an engine for this mower.
