Small Engines (Lawn Mowers, etc.): Snowthrower question, ayp, model numbers

Hi John!
We have a Tecumseh Wizard Snowthrower, 10hp, 6 speed, self propelled, 10 hp, 29" path.  Great snowthrower but we bought this from my brother and did not get the owners manual.   We are not mechanical at all but need to tighten the belt, it is not throwing the snow very far and not moving as it should.  My dad has tightened the belt before that that fixed the problem.  Any help you could give us on how to tighten the belt would be great.  Thank you for your time!

The Name Wizard was Use by MTD, Toro, AYP, and Murray Manufacturers. To Give you the Correct Instructions I Require the Model Numbers Off the Unit, Please. With these I can Locate the Proper Manual and Better Assist you. Thanks.
