Small Engines (Lawn Mowers, etc.): stihl 010 oil pump problem, oil hose, oil tank

Hello MR. Bridgers, I got the chain saw from craig's list is used but works very
well, i notice that the there was no oil gping to the bar and chain, I open the
saw and I discover that the oil hose was missing, it had gone inside the oil
tank, I was able to fish the hose back in to the original position but now there
is no oil coming from the hose, I check the manual and disasemble the oil
pump but there the problem persist, the pump has a push botton on it I keep
pressing to see if it gets some suction but no luck yet, plese help, I realy like
the saw, it works better than the new shiwanda that I have

Hello Jorge:

Did you Remove the Small Screen that was on the Hose Inside the Tank? This Screen will Clog and Restrict the Oil Flow from the Tank to the Oiler Pump. You May have to Replace the Hose and Screen.
