Small Engines (Lawn Mowers, etc.): pressure washer pump, honda engine, pressure washer

This is a Excell EXH2425 pressure washer with pump model 18219 295015 or S, serial #0000295015. Seems like the control value is not operating. Water flows fine, Honda engine runs fine but unit does not kick in to build pressure. I understand it is end of service and not parts can be purchased. Can it be repaired or should it be replaced? If so with what?

I found an upgrade, it is an AXD 2700 psi by Comet comes with five year warranty. This seems like a good quality, yes?

I Suggest you Replace the Pressure Washer. From the Information I could Obtain, the AXD 2700 Comet is a Good Purchase.
