Hi John, PC said I hadtoo many follow-ups so had to ask another question. In answer to your request, the snowblower is a Toro 526, 1971 model 31626. Hope I can get this done before the snow falls.

There is Major Disassembly of the Unit Involved with the Removal of the Traction Drive Assembly (Axles). Look at the Breakdown at this Site Addy; You can View a Breakdown/IPL of the Mower at this Site Addy, https://lookup3.toro.com/partdex/default.cfm and Select Start Parts Viewer. Now Enter the Model Numbers (31626) and Click Search. Now Select View Assembly Drawings for your Year Model. If you Require more Detailed Instructions, then Let me know.
