the drive belt on my Toro 190cc recycler has slipped off from the blade shaft, which caused it to become stuck and won't allow the driver to engage.  where do i put the belt at on the blade shaft.

The first thing to do would be to remove the blade and the belt guide that is underneath the engine the belt guide is a piece of metal that is bent to the same shape as the pulley.  The belt guide is used to keep the belt on when disengaged you going to all this trouble you should put a new belt on it while you have it apart.  But the belt on the pulley attached a guide than the belt will go through the housing and around the transmission pulley.  I hope this information will help you out.
