Small Engines (Lawn Mowers, etc.): Poluan Blower, max rpms, air flow

Hi, What should the max rpm setting for a 25cc engine.

Hello Ed:

Depending on the OEM of the Blower; the Max RPMs can Range from 6000 - 8500 RPMs. I Use Different RPMs for a Max and Find my Saws and Blowers Last Longer and the Performance is Not Effected. Lowering the Max RPMs gives the Same Performance as the Max RPMs Do. On Blowers you can Check the Air Flow at the Nozzle and Compare it to Different RPMs. At some Point the RPMs are Increased and the Air Flow Gain is Basically Zero to 30%. I have Found that Most of my Equipment Runs a Max RPM of Between 500 to 700 RPMs Below the Suggested OEMs Max. I Suggest you Contact your Local Dealer for the Correct RPM Setting.
