Small Engines (Lawn Mowers, etc.): TORO clutch wire, model number, bad idea

Question
I have TORO walk-behind lawnmower, model 20075/76/76A series. For the 3rd time this season the black plastic part that is housing blade clutch wire broke (the metal wire that activates blades) and I have hard time to figure out what exactly this part's name and number is. I am using www.superxpower.com and www.partstree.com but none of them lists this wire. Why the producer did make something more solid, like metal guide or tube to house this wire?I suppose there is a lot of people in the same situation like mine.Could you help me please and answer my questions, please? Thanks a lot,
