My craftsman mower is less than 2 years old. Its been in a little weather lately but usually starts. Today it didn't. I changed  the gas, spark plug and cleaned the air filter, but still wont fire? Any suggestions? Thanks. Its a 4.75hp Tecumseh engine

Your first problem is using a Tecumseh engine. They are unreliable after only after a short period of time. You might try wetsanding the magnets on the flywheel, and replacing the magnito, or if you don't want to deal with the constant problems older Tecumseh's give, buy a Briggs & Stratton. Tecumseh's are only good for one thing: they keep our tools from rusting.
