Small Engines (Lawn Mowers, etc.): fuel lines on walbro carb wt324, sears craftsman, craftsman chainsaw

HI John,  My question is I had to replace the fuel lines on my craftsman chainsaw model 358-352160 ,of course they where rotten there is 1 large line going to the tank and also a small line I know that the large 1 goes from the primer to the tank is there anything that goes on it in the tank? With having 2 small lines on the saw I know 1 goes to the primer to the carb but is the fitting the straight one or the plastic 90 degree fitting and the other one goes to the tank which hose gets the filter in the tank?   thanks jim

The Line that Draws the Gas when you Push the Primer is the Line that has the Filter. To View a Breakdown of this Unit Go to this Site Addy, http://www.searspartsdirect.com/partsdirect/index.action and Enter the Model Numbers and Click Search. From this Page you can View Diagrams and Parts Lists for you Equipment Using the "View Sub Components" Section Near the Bottom Left. You can View a Breakdown/IPL of the Carburetor at this Site Addy, http://69.16.165.8/ and Select Service & Aftermarket. Now Select Aftermarket Parts and Service. Now Select the OEM (Sears/Craftsman). Now Select Trimmer. Now Select your Carburetor (WT-324) from the List Provided. If you Hit a Snag or this Does Not Correct the Problem,  I am Here if You Require More Assistance. Hope this Helps.
