Small Engines (Lawn Mowers, etc.): Yamaha Four wheeler carbeurator., mail thanks, resivour

Question
Hello, I recently accuiered a Yamaha Sport four wheeler, a fixer-uper in short. Everything was going smoothley untill I attempted to put cas into my carbeurator. Once the cas is turned on the carbeurator fills then leaks EVERYWEAR, I recently bought a rebuild kit and installed it but it still had no effect. The carbeurator has two screws on the side one is a gas and the other air (as you know) there are two more in the resivour were the float is one for the throttle pin the other is for air I belive, althought im not sure what theses screws are for. There is also a house that gose from the bottom of the float resavour to the top of the carbeurator and then another that goes to the gastank. I'm not sure why the other hose is there and I dont know what it dose. There is a screw in the side of the cup for the resavour that gose to a hole in the cup and a hallow pin that leads to the top of the bottom of the carbeurator and the top of the cup, again I am not sure what this is for. If pictures are needed i can supply them in an email?
