this is a self propelled ( honda engine ) Rear drive. .How do I replace the drive belt? Thanks. I have the new belt but want to make sure I do it correctly.

To View a Breakdown of this Unit Go to this Site Addy, http://www.searspartsdirect.com/partsdirect/index.action and Enter the Model Numbers (917.377790) and Click Search. From this Page you can View Diagrams and Parts Lists for you Equipment Using the "View Sub Components" Section Near the Bottom Left. Select the Engine/Housing/Handle File. Remove the Spark Plug. Tilt the Mower so the Spark Plug Hole is Up. Remove the Blade. **NOTE: On Some Mowers the Blade Brake has to be Removed.** Remove the Belt Cover #53 in the Breakdown. You should now have Access to the Belt for Removal. If you Hit a Snag or this Does Not Correct the Problem,  I am Here if You Require More Assistance. Hope this Helps.
