Small Engines (Lawn Mowers, etc.): mower no power up hill, engine model type, engine id

White outdoor LT1850 riding mower has no power uphill..after a hour of mowing one day,it became harder and harder to climb a hill..till eventually it wouldn't do it at all...but the engines runs great...engine never bogged down..checked plugs/filters(gas & oil)..transmission
case was extremely hot to the touch..all belts looked to be okay...thank you

On the rear of the mower, under the seat or fender, there will be a model number, xxx-xxxxxx or xxx-xxx-xxx.

I need the model to look up the transmission.  Also, I need the engine model, type and code number located on the engine.  The engine id info will either be stamped in the metal engine housing or on a plate or sticker.

Send me the info so I can look up some information on your mower.
