Small Engines (Lawn Mowers, etc.): Drive Belt Replacement, engine model type, murray lawn tractor

I have a Murray Lawn Tractor 46107x92a that needs the drive belt replaced.  The steering shaft and shift shaft are thru the middle of the belt.  Steering shaft looks easy to get around, but the shift shaft doesn't look easy.  Whats the easiest way to get the belt around the shift shaft?

On older models, we feed the belt over the shift lever then down through the frame.

Can you send me the deck cut size, 36, 38 inch for example, and the engine manufacture, Briggs or Tecumseh, along with the engine model, type/spec, and code/serial number.

I am curious if I look up your mower and provide a better answer.
