Small Engines (Lawn Mowers, etc.): kawasaki 15hp, pilot tool, air screw

husky 1542 kawasaki 15hp fh430v-s04 engine having problems with mower engaged. engine runs fine until I engage pto switch. Draws way down then recovers but eventually draws down again.went through mower deck everything turns freely. also, need recommendations for removing main nozzle from carb after nut is out,factory setting for the capped pilot air screw and a good place to buy repair manual.    Removing the parts your wanting to remove requires Kawasaki Precision tools you Can order those from Kawasaki.
The Manual you want is availabe from Husqvarnas Website or dealers.
If you Had the tools i would tell you to slip the Pilot tool into  tha Main Nozzle and turn in 1/4 turn and remove the Pilot Jet But before you get too carried away Get the Service manual and read up before then you will see why they have the tools for this particular job.
The Engine is not producing enough torque to maintain a constant energy transfer I would suggest taking it to Husky for a full diagnostic tune Up Or try to adjust your throttle cable forward into the carb nut and see if that helps boost a bit more power out of the Engine
