Small Engines (Lawn Mowers, etc.): replacing trottle cable for push mower, hp model, throttle cable

Question
Hello, i have a Murray 6 hp  model 225111x92c .
I recently purchased a throttle cable to replace the current broken one, but can't figure out how it goes on. I thought maybe i was missing a piece but i found a layout list:

I need to figure out how part 13 connects with part 14???
also, on the cable towards the part that connects to the engine: there is a S shaped piece and and round piece after that, how do i get the old one out and the new one in? does it just pop out, or do i need to open the bracket and close it back?

Answer
The round shaped plastic piece has a tab on each side of it, press them together and the piece slips out of the bracket. Then just slip the "S" shaped piece on to the hole on the tab, and slip the new plastic round piece back on to the bracket till it clicks in.......Tom
