Small Engines (Lawn Mowers, etc.): Sabre mower, center bolt, steel bolt

Question
I have a 19 horse sabre that keeps twisting off the center bolt to the deck clutch. do you have or know where to get a diagram of this assembly. Any ideal why it is doing so?

The only reason that is happening is you need to use a heat treated hardened steel Bolt for that Engines HP rating the torque output is greater then a normal bolt can withstand at 2500 PSF footlbs Heat treated gives you a harder steel and resists shearing or twisting
