Small Engines (Lawn Mowers, etc.): Removing B & S flywheel, briggs stratton, craftsman riding mower

Question
On my Craftsman riding mower, I have a Briggs & Stratton OHV 17hp model #311707 type #0132.  Part of the gearing on the flywheel is shot, so I can't start the engine.  I've been looking everywhere for instructions on removing the flywheel in order to replace the gear.  (I can't believe they made this out of some kind of plastic/resin).  I've been know to break things while repairing them (German kaput reparieren).  So, I would appreciate your advice on how to do this correctly.  Thank you.

Answer
19203 is the Briggs & Stratton part number for the flywheel puller recommended for this engine. This is the way Briggs recommends the flywheel to be removed to avoid damage to the flywheel. it's not expensive about $10.00. Comes with the instructions, it can be purchased at your local Briggs dealer.......Tom
