Small Engines (Lawn Mowers, etc.): Please help, MTD mower will not start, briggs and stratton, mtd yard machine

All your help will be greatly appreciated. I have a MTD yard machine with a 18 horsepower Briggs and Stratton engine. Mower model #135P668H000/serial #1D205C60140. Engine model #422707/type #1510-01/code# 9501305A. I have replaced the battery, the battery cables, the cylinoid switch, the iginition switch, and i replaced the starter just last year. I have bypassed all four of the safety switches and wired it straight in hopes that would work. It didn't. It seems that it is not getting any fire past the cylinoid. I am at my wits end. I have tried everything that I can think of to get it to start. If you can help I would greatly appreaciate it.

But the million dollar question is: What happens when you cross over the solenoid? Try running a remote starter button across the solenoid terminals. Is the engine seized? Is the engines' compression release working correctly, and fooling you into thinking it's in the starting system? .Now I am assuming you have checked and double checked all your connections, even where the ground connects to the frame? And checked any and all fuses?.........Tom
