Small Engines (Lawn Mowers, etc.): mtd / b&s engine will not start, mtd yard machine, safety switches

Question
I have a MTD Yard Machine w/ B&S engine that will not start. I have replaced the battery, the ignition switch, the cylinoid switch, the battery cables. I turn the key and it acts like it is not getting any fire past the cylinoid switch, i replaced the starter last year. I have bypassed all four safety switches. It is an 18 horse engine, model # 4227-07, the mower is model # 135p668h000

Send me the Model and Type or Spec Numbers Off the Engine or the Mower Model Numbers, Please. With these I can Locate the Proper Manual and Better Assist you. The Engine Model Numbers May be Stamped Into the Blower Housing (metal engine cover) Above the Spark Plug. Is the Starter Engaging at All? If Not, have you Checked the Fuse/Fuse Link? Thanks.
