Small Engines (Lawn Mowers, etc.): riding mower, question pool, spec numbers

when i start my mower it will not initially  go forward or reverse but after about 5 minutes it starts working. also ive noticed it gets really hot by my foot after about 20 min.what should i do ?

Send me the Model and Type or Spec Numbers Off the Engine or the Mower Model Numbers, Please. With these I can Locate the Proper Manual and Better Assist you. The Engine Model Numbers May be Stamped Into the Blower Housing (metal engine cover) Above the Spark Plug. From your Description it Sounds like; Depending on the Mower and Transaxle Information, the Transaxle May Require Fluid. Thanks.
