Small Engines (Lawn Mowers, etc.): Poulan Riding Mower, rear tire, model numbers

Just purchased a Poulan riding mower that is about 11 years old.  Back rear tire was flat.  Patched hole in tire tube and attached wheel, but wheels do not turn!
