Small Engines (Lawn Mowers, etc.): riding lawn mower, carburetor adjustment, spec numbers

Question
my lawn mower runs good until you put the blade down and start to mow.  when you do that it will cut out and die.  we have changed the spark plug and cleaned the carbeurator.  please help me to figure out what is wrong

Answer
Hello Monicahays:

Send me the Model and Type or Spec Numbers Off the Engine or the Mower Model Numbers, Please. With these I can Locate the Proper Manual and Better Assist you. The Engine Model Numbers May be Stamped Into the Blower Housing (metal engine cover) Above the Spark Plug. Depending on the Engine Model, it May be a Simple Carburetor Adjustment. Thanks.
