Small Engines (Lawn Mowers, etc.): honda from last week, honda mower, customer serv

Mr. Bridgers, I wrote you last week as a single Mom with a honda mower quadracut sys, harmony II HRR 216 that I had purchused used. It has not been long, the first few times, it started without barely touching it...one week...I cut the front and took a few minutes break before cutting the back and it has not started since. Is there something silly that I could have done or something that could have happened that easily...I know NOTHING about mowers and I REALLY need for this one to work. It is not that old. I tried over and over to pull up your answer and customer serv. could not seem to tell me how?? They would give me a link and when it came up there was no question/answer and or anything that told me how to pull it up. It was last Thursday 6/5 and I have not been able to get you available since. ANY help appreciated.

I am Sorry. There May have been a Glitch in the Program. I have Researched the Questions I Received from 6/2 thru 6/7 and cannot Locate the Question. I Understand that this is Unusual and Rarely Happens and as with Some Things, like Lawn Equipment; it does Happen. I Apologize for this and will Endeavor to Assist you Now. I Suggest you First Remove the Spark Plug and Then Try to Start the Engine with the Plug Out. This will Clear the Engine of Any Gas and Make the Cylinder Fresh to Start Over. Replace the Old Plug with a New One. Try to Start the Engine. If the Engine Still Does Not Start, then Go to the Site Addy I will Provide and Locate the Actual Model Mower or if you can Locate the Model Sticker, then Send me the Complete Model Numbers, Please. With these I can then Locate the Proper Breakdown and Better Assist you. Thanks.
