Small Engines (Lawn Mowers, etc.): jd L130, proper manuals, q tip

Question
For some strange reason, I have a smaal hole in the bottom of the transaxle/rear/coverplate.. Getting it out and repairing or replacing it is cake but cant find where to put the fluid back in..Has a small rubber cover thing on top that has a hole big enough to fill it on the left side and pulled that off.. Rubber gizmo underneath..Not really wanting to come out.. Went to JDs catalog and it shows area that Im talking about but it doesnt give a description for it, let alone a part number for a neew cover plate if neccessary..
but hole is small enough to just have it welded by my friendly neighhood welder.. Size is about a Q tip..Thanks John..

Answer
Hello Wayne:

On the Transaxle is an OEM Identification Plate. Send me the Information Off of This Plate, Please. With this Information, I can Locate the Proper Manuals and Better Assist You. Thanks.
