Small Engines (Lawn Mowers, etc.): Gas blower cord, wax bar, weed eater

Question
Thank you for your time.  Just wondering, I have a gas blower (weed eater, featherlite) that has become really hard to start because the cord sticks.  I have just started having this problem, it used to be much easier.  Is there something I can put on the cord to make it easier to pull?  Thanks again...I have looked on the web and can't find a solution.

If the cord is hard to go back in then the cord is basically wound in a  way. You may need to pull the cord out real slow and they spray the line with a wax bar or a spray of silicon. This may fix the problem if the cord still sticks he needs to be taken apart and rewound on the spool.
