Small Engines (Lawn Mowers, etc.): Honda Adjuster Arm Removal, rear wheel assembly, wheel attachment

Question
I have a Honda 21" self propelled mower (HRB216HXA).
I need to replace the right rear adjuster arm (contains the spindle for rear wheel attachment).

I can not remove this item from the drive shaft.  Is this pressed onto the drive shaft or require a puller for removal.  I am afraid to hammer too much, as I do not want to damage the transmission.

Answer
Hello Steve:

You can View a Breakdown/IPL of the Mower/Engine at this Site Addy, http://hayward.arinet.com/scripts/EmpartISAPI.dll?MF&app=ASP&lang=EN&TF=Mainfram... and Select the Catalog American Honda. Select Lawn Mower. Now Scroll to your Mower and Click on it. Now Select the Rear Wheel File. There are 2 Types of Rear Wheel Assemblies. Which Type of Rear Wheel Assembly Does your Mower Have. Usually, Rust is the Most Common Reason for the Adjuster being Hard to Remove and Soaking with Penetrating Oil will Allow for Easy Removal. If you Hit a Snag or this Does Not Correct the Problem,  I am Here if You Require More Assistance. Hope this Helps. Let me Know What Happens, Please. May the All Mighty Bless You and Yours. Thanks.

Good Luck
