Small Engines (Lawn Mowers, etc.): lawnmower problems, honda dealer, pliers

Ben this is for my Honda Harmony II HRR 216. Model # is HRR2162SDA, Serial No. MZ6G-6766185. Cable for engaging transmission broke and the spring it hooks up to at the handle looks also broke. I can pull broken cable with pliers and it works. Is this a major job to replace this cable? Also it is hard to pull the lawnmower backwards sometimes, is this something I can fix??

You should be able to fix this yourself,Just some tools and some patience to get this done. I am enclosing a parts break down for you to look at. Let me know what part number is yours as there are quite a few cables on this unit. I am a Honda dealer and can get you the part # if you want.
