Small Engines (Lawn Mowers, etc.): lawn mowers, question pool, keystock

I have a Stanley 19hp Mower and I was wanting to make it a play toy.My engine have a shaft underneath with a keystock were the pulley goes. People say if I largen the pulley, it will make it faster. Should I shrenken the one on the back,and if so how would go about doing so? Thank ya'll.

Sorry for the Delay. This Question was Located in the Question Pool. Make the Axle Pulley Smaller or the Engine Pulley Bigger. This Increases the Ground Speed.
