I saw in a different post you directed someone to the sears site to find the part number for the cutting line.
Does anybody make replacement kits (the fully wound spool)
Most models have the option to buy the line or the kit.

There are Several Companies that Manufacture Aftermarket Parts and Accessories for Lawn Equipment. Sears @ 1-800-252-1698, Used to Carry the Spool with Line. Rotary Corporation @ 1-912-654-3433, used to Carry the Complete Spool with Line in a Shrink Wrapped Package. You can Contact Outdoor Distributors @ 1-877-707-2787 also. Your Only Draw Back will be that Most Companies Sell to Dealers Only. I am Not Sure About Rotary Corp's Policy, but Outdoor Distributors Does Sell to Individuals.
